“Nothing worked as planned for the sluggers as the rain poured down in the home arena of the Cold Ice norse team. During the first drive of the norsemen, the defense was scattered by the pure ferocity of the norscan blitzers. After the touchdown halftime was around the bend and there was no time for a response. As the norscan fans swarmed the pitch and left most of the imperial players laying stunned on the ground, the opertunity of venting their frustration on the three mediocre norse players standing along the LoS passed.

In the second half the norse put up a perfect defense and left the sluggers with no other option but to puch along the left flank. This resulted, due to a number of fumbled passes and pick-ups in the teams crowding the sideline in a huge brawl. The sigmarians did some bad moves and ended up being pushed over it, into the awaiting arms of the Cold Ice fans.

There were several opertunities for the sluggers to pass the ball to a catcher who was within range of scoring, but all failed. The last one was intercepted and the norse then executed a similar move, succeeded and scored for the second time.

Maybe not the most brilliant bloodbowl, but surely a lot of laughs.”
