“A good game, but somewhat on the lucky side.

The Hellraisers won the toss, and started good with a quick snap and a touchback. After cleaning out my pretty weak frontline they we're more than halfway down my half, but a dodge too much caused a turnover. I got up, but bad thinking almost could have cost me a TD - they still had two standing players five squares from the end zone. But instead of some quick passing rydis opted for a running game, conveniently KOing one of is frontrunners on a dodge... Some aggressive blocking later the ball was in my hands. After som more pushing and shoving I tried dumping the ball at his end zone - but Nisse Tuta did the impossible and intercepted!

Rushing for the end zone left Lunatic Lasse in the turf for an immediate turnover. Several knockdowns, including downing Nisse Tuta, meant a new Boyz possesion. A missed going for it on the part of Jarring Jonas led to an easy TD for the Boyz in 7th.

For my drive in 2nd I tried a somewhat unorthodox broad front. The Hellraisers went for a sack, but it never got to my thrower. Instead he sent the ball for a bad landing at midfield, but a neat bounce on a prone Hellraiser sent the ball to Iggnbaz Zipper. Another failed dodge ended the attempt at pounding him to pieces, opening up for another Zipper rush and TD in 4th.

In his next drive rydis went unorthodox too, and made a boxed drive down the left side. Stopped just a few squares into my half he went for a handover and probably a running play down the right side instead. We will never know, as the handover failed miserably. Instead there was more shoving on the left side (my right), and another push on the right. Again fumbling with a short pass meant turnover, but rydis had had most of his play done already. While not within range of TD, things were looking worse. A neat blitz followed by some skilled passing from the new guy, Gryznow Schreg, turned the tables and left the Zipper almost free three squares from the end zone. Clark the Firebomber had to go for it twice, but fell head first in the pitch. Turnover and simple TD in 8th. 3-0.

All in all a nice match. Somewhat lucky now and then it's my greatest victory ever. Good cash (4 => 80k), +1FF and plenty of SPPs on both sides (19 vs 11) was a neat bonus. Iggnbaz the Zipper got +AG, so now I have an AG4-player. Yeah!”
