“Our team is really in the winning mood lately; at last, for some reason, players are picking up the tactical directions of the coach. We did have some luck at our hand. When we were 2-1 ahead, Dolly Song postponed scoring the equaliser, quite understandable. Unfortunately one of their blitzers tripped before the ball carrier was properly shielded off and with the help of the crowd the ball landed right in front of our thrower. Farty had been lurking about on the opponents half and was able to put us 3-1 ahead.
Despite winning , spirits were down after the game. Early in the game Ebola had to be reanimated by our apo and this proved to be a bad omen. Our Storm Vermins had a very harsh game and with one dead and one seriously injured, our next game will have to be played without any vermins.”
