“Early in the match, we lost the ball and his str4 blitz-ra took hold of it, with a mummy guard. Only a miracle can give us the ball back, right? Nuffle delivered that miracle, giving double-POW blitz, his blitz-ra failed his gfi in return blitz, necro score. Khemri misclick lets necro prevent a counter-score, 1-0 at the half.

Second half the khemri are completely unable to pick up the ball, and the speed (and wolven agility) are able to grab up the ball and race for the clinching score.

And then Nuffle demanded payment for the good fortune he'd bestowed upon the necro.

RIP goes Katana, a str4 wight who'd played 106 consecutive games with the squad, never missing a match since team creation. Niggle goes Claymore, only the best golem I'll ever field, 105 games under his belt and 144 spp claiming he'd be the team's first legend.

So I ask you, how much is a non-tournament victory worth to you? Because it sure as HELL wasn't worth that much to me!!!”

“This game saw the death of a original Master as well as the crippling of another. The game started out looking good for the Stygian horde, but all good feelings were quickly disspelled by the wolf's unbeleivable TD. Midway through the second half the usually passive Piggy jumps on the great Katana on rips him limb from limb ending the career of a great. No one knows if he said something to Piggy or what, but it was obviously more than his temper could handle. Using the emotional lift provided by Katana's death the Masters were able to regroup and capture the ball. Just then the ever hungry Bug saw something that looked like a candy bar in Claymore's pocket and proceeded to eat off his leg. Luckily the ref stopped him before things got too ugly, but who knows if Claymore will ever truly be the same again. On the ever bad note, the other coach was able to pull his team together and pull through on the win.”
