We get our act together second drive (though we've now had 4 consecutive turns of double-skulls thrown) and tie the score, but I of all people know how easily rats can score again, making it 2-1 with two turns left in the first half. I totally botch my scoring drive, but am still possibly gonna score...until he makes a 4+ dodge to 1d POW my girl out of bounds, then makes multiple gfi to pick up the ball with his str4 lino where I can't hit without a bunch of dodges/gfi's of my own. So I crowdpush his gutter instead (BH) and throw the first foul of the match on his rat ogre (RIP, apo fail).

Outmanned even worse, the rats still come only a 4+ pass shy of taking a 3-1 lead, but the special rat luck has run out by now. Zons swarm, take the ball back for the tying score, 2-2, though his str4 lino made it harder when he dodged through tz's to lay the smack down on my girl.

Tied 2-2 the rats try again to race downfield, while the zons set up a picket fence he must either dodge through, blitz away (also involves dodges), or pass through. My opponent opts to try blitzing me away, making the dodges but rolling skulls of his own. The rest is history, as they say.

Despite being outnumbered the rats took this game hoping to recover some of their strength, then ended up losing their biggest player. Hope the cash can help in recovery. You don't really need a big guy with rats anyway...he messes up a lot more than he helps, believe me!”
