Coasting 2-0 up before half-time, and due to receive in the 2nd half, the casualties and KOs started to pile up, leaving me seriously shorthanded. I wasn't able to defend the ball on the first drive on the second half, and when my throwers goofed a hand-off in the second, with most of the other elves far away waiting for the throw that wasn't, and with a one-turn Gutter Runner in the opposition side, I thought my number was up. I somehow managed to set a Wild-Animal trap on the Rat Ogre (it didn't work), blitz the ball-carrying Gutter Runner and KO him, and run free with the ball all in turn 7. With no RRs left, he was only able to push back the line-elf with the ball, who was able to wriggle free with a little help from team-mates, hand-off to another line-elf, and run it home with a nail-biting GFI in turn 8 to make the game safe at 3-1. For the last turn, a Blitz helped me close down the 1-turner to preserve my 2 TD lead.
