This is the exception. I think my opponent played a stellar game of position and made the right choices on actions. I also, humbly, feel that I did the same.

The best bit of luck I had was in the very first turn, when his Freebooter Skulled on a block and was BH'ed. I had a glimmer of hope for one brief turn, and it was all stumbling around in the dark after.

I can only hope that I get the opportunity to play my worthy opponent again, if only to show that my boys are made of sterner stuff then was on display today.
