“Low Life was a tough dwarf team to play against with 4 +ST players, Grim and the runesmith. Getting blitzed in the opening kick off didn't help any, but I managed to hold on to the ball and after some maneuvering score in turn 8.
I started the second half with 10 players against 11, but managed to hold on. The dwarves tried to break through with their runner, but he was brought down and the ball recovered with my goblin. The gobbo Lie To Me came close to getting away himself, but failed the last gfi to get away from blitz range. The damage was already done though, as the dwarves had no one in scoring range on their last turn.
This game could have easily gone otherwise and I was lucky to get away with a win.
Interesting sidenote: My DP got caught twice on a 6 but the call was argued successfully both times. Kalamona's DP was also caught twice, but only one of the argues was successful.”
