“In the regular pattern Radiance received the ball and scored on their second turn. The Ratz started racking up the casulties giving them a four player advantage by turn 8. The fans were thrilled by the game perhaps too much and they took to the pitch stunning two playes from each team in the last play of the half. The games pace was fast and furious with Radiance going into the half time break with a tenious 2-1 lead.
A change in weather brought Sweltering heat and following a two turn Ratz score 3 Skaven and 1 Elf had to rest from exhaustion - with a one elf advantage Radiance scored quickly again. This time it was the elves who suffered only able to field four players and badly kicking the ball to boot - a quick Ratz score tied the game at 3-3. The heat was ultimately too much for the Ratz in the end losing five players to it. Radiance took advantage and slotted home the winner on the last turn with a pass from deep inside their own half to a catcher who blitzed out of two rat coverage and ran it into the end zone.
Good game, the weather was a major factor in the second half which compensated for the 9 starters soon to be reduced to 7 players on the pitch by bring the Ratz down to within one or two players on the pitch.”
