“The Principle's off-season rolled on with their third straight win tonight...
In the first coach Russo surprised coach Prasomchai with his offensive setup. He went for a shallow line of closely grouped players, rather than the typical Elf wing attack formation. However, the merits of the formation were soon made evident when the Lords scored, early and easily.
From this moment on, things looked bleak for the girls. They were reduced in numbers and outclassed by their opponents. Further, they found themselves embedded deep in their own half of the field. Yet despite all this, somehow they broke free and scored a late touchdown!
In the second half, the situation was much the same, and again, in the midst of some desperate defense, the girls broke free at the last for a winning touchdown!
Said coach Prasomchai, "My girls played their socks off tonight, and needed to. I would have been happy with a tie against this outfit, but a win was unbelieveable! I do however think that the this was a strange game for the Elves, who went for a scrum rather than spreading the play. It is my belief that this decision led to a game of blocks, with the winner being able to break free, and with a line-up full of blodge, this set-up favored my girls, despite their lower resilience and overall abilities."
We await to see the next meeting between these two top teams, which will be sometime in WSS season 2.”

What ever I do this guy seems to always get away from me. Deep in his half in every game he still manages to score :-)”
