“The inaugural game for 'The Funky Funky Flesh' ended in defeat today by Two TD's to None. Their opponents 'The Army of the Next To Dead', a necromantic team, proved to be too much for 'The Flesh' and were lead by a great performance by 'Bill' the one and only ghoul on the teams roster. In rushing for 23, completing a key pass, and scoring a TD he showed an impressive range of talents, fit to grace any Bloodbowl field the world over. Other players of note included 'Badger' who scored the game killing TD at the death and 'Bobby Ghoulet' of 'The Flesh' who rushed for a very good 21 but lacked the influence on the game of his opposite number 'Bill'.”
