“the girls came to put some smack down on the rats today. a good win over them last time perhaps gave them something of a big head, and lost early possetion of the ball to the gutter runner. down 2 at the start of the 2nd 1/2 the injuries mounted up against the skaven give the girls some room to run in, and we managed to bring the score to 2 to 3 with 2 turn togo. a little unluck on the side of the rats allowed us the shot at tieing the game. Catching a rat with a -MA blitz on top the ball should have given it to us, but our catcher tripped on the GFI on the goal line fo rthe loss. a brutal game though that will go down in the history books, probably for both sides.”

“These girls came to play! The Bashy girls hit us constantly and the rats broke down. Apothecary saved one - but our last gutter runner suffered a niggling and 4 players will be missing the next game! The injuries added up and the amazons raced back from a 3-1 deficit to cut it to 3-2 with 2 turns to go...then a stumble by the rats gave them the ball at the goalline...but a trip going into the endzone preserved the win for the rats. A painful victory, but we managed some measure of revenge on the preseason defeat we suffered by their hands.
