“Johann looked through the finances.
"We really should get a bull," he said, more sober than normally.
Ragnar looked up from his brandy. His eyes clipped as if he was trying to understand what just was said.
"A bull?"
"Yes," Johann proclaimed. "What they had. A bull!"
Ragnar sighed again at his friends ignorance.
"It's called a minotaur. And I am sure the rules of bloodbowl forbids us to have one."
"Why?" Johann called out. "Every time I find a superior tactic you make up some rule that 'it is not allowed'."
"Well," Ragnar sighed. "Get a bull then. They run freely up north."
"North?"
"Yes, in the Chaos Wastes. I'm sure they'll welcome you as one of their own up there."
Johann's eyes narrowed as they always do when he tries to spot a trace of sarcasm. There was none to be found in Ragnar's face.
"Who knows?" Ragnar continued. "You might even meet your mom again."
