“Tonite, Sports Fans, we saw a fine example of what the Raunchy Rodents can do when the Gods of the Warp are on their side. Even with two of the Anarchy Knights strongest players not starting due to injury it seemed as though the rats were destined to take this one home. From start to finish the Stately Elves of the Wolopolis Sirens could not seem to get a single break, while everything the Anarchy Knights touched turned to warpstone encrusted cheese! Arrogance and distracted play almost foiled the Knights as towards the end of the second half a flashy play backfired almost costing the win. This game was painful to watch and it was almost as if the fans knew that the Sirens dice were cursed judging by the pitiful gate. No fun to be had on THIS fateful night. The only good thing that can be said is that neither side took any crippling blows, though there were game ending hits galore. I look forward to seeing the Sirens and Knights go head to head in an honest match with both teams healthy and focused.
