“A fine, fun, clean match with a worthy opponent. The Crushers lived up to their name with one narrowly averted fatality and knockouts galore. The niggles came from trips not blocks which is not the Bleakpoint way and the only shadow hanging over this exciting matchup. The brave halflings held their own and generally outplayed my much loved ogres for a stunning win. The Bleakpoint Crushers fans were few but rowdy, rushing the ref twice and even throwing rocks at Jalapeno players. Glassjaw picked up his third broken jaw to date, and the heroic Gran'maul is beginning to show his age with a niggle on his second skill roll. All in all, a smashing good time. Thanks, Darkover.”

“ Too much muscle didn't scare the Jalapeños: after doing a pretty good work at the tabern during the happy hour, they walked into the field seeing 10 ogres and several dozens of goblings making fun of them. Why those small green smurfs were making fun of them? They didn;t even smell nice, and it was about supper time. Better finish this thing...game?... as soon as possible. Tonight, steak-bacon-triple layer sandwich was in the menu. Unfortunately, after the first half, the loot was so low due to a goblin gang robbery that they couldn't afford pay for dinner. Prodo and Norman lost concentration, and were smashed seriously. Again, last minutes payed poorly for the spicy halflings.”
