“The game started in a blizzard; this must have driven some very delicious looking mice from their homes...because Spider begame the game *extremely* distracted! To start the game, Anika, the sure-handed thrower failed to pick up the ball 3 for three straight turns. On the fourth turn, she was demoted and a gutter runner picked up the ball then proceeded to roll snake eyes on the pass attempt! Whatever the afflication, the beastmen of Prostration must have been laughing so hard - that is the only reason for the number of very badly timed skulls during those first few turns that prevented them from taking advantage. Ultimately, it was the exceptional play of Ella, the rat ogre who constantly passed her wild animal roll (all but once during the game) and was successful on nearly all her blocks...inflicting a CAS and gaining a new skill (+MA) as well.

Overall, it was a wierd game, a gutter runner was killed, but saved by apothecary. To start the second half, 2 more CAS and a KO on a single turn changed the balance of power, but then a little good moves by Ella and the gutter runners stole away the ball and a failed blitz by the beatmen pushed the score to 3-0. The Spider fans got the ref as well in the second half...but the coach decided that enough blood had been spilled and declined to foul.
