It was a permanent change between up and down. The Spaniard Cavaliers hit hard with their blocks. But the ref was with us - we got him 1st half and he sent both khemrian dirty players off on their first attempts.
In both regular halfs the Templeguards had the better start bringing the ball in the khemrian endzone, but the Cavaliers managed to strike back in the 8th turn of each half.
So overtime had to decide which side would take the cup.
Ash Raptor Templeguards were receiving, which is a great advantage in OCCS overtimes, but a blitz adjusted the odds. So the lizardmen put all eggs in one basket and tried a breakthrough on the wing with the remaining two skinks. The Cavaliers' blitz-ra kaiserkhorne blitzed Adept E2-E4 away and installed himself next to Adept Walkin'. The fast mummy Almarcha tried to reach the ballcarrier, too, but he stumbled sprinting. So Walkin' could blitz his path free to finish the match.
