“An exciting match with the Wood Elves against the Chaos. Horn took the ball the length of the field to start the game smacking around the elves for a 1-0 lead. However, the elves displayes some of their skill as they raced downfield...tripping on a gfi just a few spaces from the endzone. Instead of playing defensively, Horn tried a pickup - pass - handoff - TD play with no RR...if failed immediately and the elves scored to go into halftime 1-1. The second half the elves were receiving and went up 2-1 fairly quickly. Now the question was if the Chaos would be able to tie it or not...a failure with ballhandling deep in their end, drew the elves towards the ball...then Caw (AG 4 chaos warrier) stepped away from the pressure and tossed a short pass (5 spaces) and the offense was in gear and the T14, the chaos tied it 2-2. With 2 turns left for each side, the odds of the elves winning were high. However they failed to pick up the ball (had sure hands) - and the chaos pressed forward, but tripped on gfi so they could not apply pressure to the ball...then on T16, the elves failed AGAIN! Four 1s in a row for the elves...a blitz and then a beastman picked up the ball and 2 gfi in for the TD - and with 2 TDs in 3 turns, the chaos end up with a surprising win 3-2.
Thanks for the game!”
