“The Albion Regional Challenge 4/07 was a special game for the Banshees in many ways. It was their first appearance in a tournament game leading them to their first overtime game. And it was a game to remember.
They started, as most times with some really bad dices and weren't able to stop or fight back against Ash Bane. Nevertheless the score was tied quickly.
A lack of luck denied Ash Bane to take the lead again right before halftime.
With the second half the tides started to change. Still not being able to use their few attacking skills the Banshees could slow down the efforts of Ash Bane, supported by better dicerolling in those situations. This lead in both teams scoring again and both coaches already prepared for overtime.
During the second half the Gutter Runners became more and more the key of the game which was proved during overtime as they managed to steal the ball and take it safely in the endzone once again.
Thanks to coach prophane for his wishes and for the game.
The Banshees are looking forward to the next round, knowing that they are able to get back into a game which was almost considered as being lost.”

“what a game!
round one of the Albion Regional Challenge 4/07.
Ash Bane took an early lead and all signs pointed to an easy victory.
But the undead got cocky and made a few mistakes, the game was quickly tied.
Then both teams scored again.
Overtime, sudden death overtime.
Ash Bane gets the kick, but within 2 turns, the sneaky little skaven
manage to down the Mummy ball carrier and take the ball away.
Through some agile manuvering and awesome ball handling skills,
coach Reimar manages to pull out a win.
Congrats and good luck in the rest of the tourney!
On a side note, Ash Bane will be choosing a new team Captain, as former Captain, Wade Davis was retired after a Smashed collar bone during the game.
Ash Bane did have 3 skill ups, including Star Egokiller, who managed to roll doubles and NOT age (at 127)! Now the frenzy ghoul has a little more pep in his step (jump up!)”
