#10 Nori Redboot – Dead (RIP)
Turning up for a match nursing hangovers and Buckland Rot (a perculiar ailment, associated with excessive drinking of Buckland Stout), the Brewers set about their task of repeating their success with a lacklustre display. As well as a poor show the gods of fortune conspired against the side and a catalogue of errors hapered their game.

A first turn blitz by the Skaven saw them pentrate deep into Brewer's territory and a subsequent fumble gave them an easy TD. Then a superb kick into the endzone saw the hapless drunks fumble the ball to again allow the Skaven in for the score. 2-0 and a lot of sore heads on the pitch.

Pundin the Meek redressed the balance somewhat with a nice landing and run in but the Skaven were on fire and the score was soon 3-1. With 3 BH, 2 KO and the apothecary having to save a foul/RIP the game was just getting worse and worse for the plucky Halflings.

The second half was a right off and the players did their best to struggel through. The fans stayed behind the team but the injuries and TD's soon piled up. Globukh went on a one man rampage and but for a fine apothecary could have had an RIP to add to his 3 casualties.

A bitter game for the coach, particluarly with the second half fatality of Nori Redboot, made all teh more frustrating since he bagged the MVP award!!!!!!!!

Typical.

Bad day on the field for the Brewers and a poor gate did little to raise the spirits.
