“Well the Woodies have continued their terrible run of form by lurching a thrid sucsessive defeat on the trot.

Mikey the Bikey missed his 2nd game in the row. This time he turned up late to the match after a big night on the piss.

Short of players the Men of Wood tried to even out the numbers. The WDDs held of their TD to try and put the boot into the Regulers. This tactic was having some success untill Arabelle II went to town on the Woodies recievers. Runnning out of options Van B decided enough was enough and passed to Neil G who ran in the first TD of the game.

A mistake by the CDs left the Woods with a slim chance at grabbing a 2nd TD. VanB swopped in to pick up the lose ball but his throw back was grabbed out of thin air by the irrepresible Arabelle II. With the Woodies commited to the their counter attack it was a simple task for the Dwarfs to romp downfield and score on the half time buzzer.

Thanks to Marc and Paul their were even less Woodies for the 2nd half. Clara II was being escorted down the sideline by a mean looking cage as the Regulers looked to slow things down. Wallington pulled of the play of the day by doding through the Stunties and doing just enough to push Clara II into the crowd. Van B dived in a tried to get the Ball deep into WDD offencive half but fumbled the ball at the critical moment. The Regulers took charge from this point on. Lauren II regatherd the ball and the Woodies never got a look in. Full time 2-1

Not the best game from the Woodies but a least they got a TD on the board. So things must be looking up right?
