“all in all, I think that this was a pretty good game. I had a game plan, but he had a better one. I could have scored on the final play of the first half, but fumbled the ball. So I took the field in the second half hoping for OT and a severely depleted opponent. On turn 6 my catcher failed a dodge and failed in his objective to close the gap to my ball carrier. With the ball carrier exposed, he knocked the ball free and the crowd eventually threw it to midfield. All looked lost and only two turns to fix it. I had hopes of securing the ball and poising myself for a last turn score and OT, but my wizard did not accomplish anything when he cast his spell and the game was put into the capable hands of Count Drakenborg. He dodged and scooped and passed the ball to a score. Then nuffle chose to grant conciousness to all of my Opps KO's and none of mine. I had a chance to force the OT in the end, but could only score a push back. Once again I put the game into someone elses hands, this time nuffle. Would nuffle grant me a trip to OT by making the catcher trip over the goal line......NO!! 2-1 final score. Good luck Nantti, you are going up against a fine elf team, but you are quite used to playing elves aren't you.
