#11 Grissom – Smashed Knee (NI)
#2 Lovell – Dead (RIP)
#8 Aldrin – Dead (RIP)
Blood Bowls Illustrated

1st half, Action almost from the beginning:

The Diabolics where reciveing, the kickoff was ok even if it was a bit short from an elven point of view.
The Dwarves where trying to push hard on line of scrimmage but without cuccess, only a pushback. Then, on the second block, Lost Leffe merged his elbow with Aldrin's face and that caused his neck to snap.
Running Rune jumped the ball and made a handover to Nitting Neil who just ran for the endzone.

Sheppard and Gordon who was protecting the backfield easely catched up with Nitting Neil and throw a punch at him.
The other elves tried to advance and to cover the big hole after Aldrin.
That little ballkeeper sure had the momentum and keept running through the field while Tragic Torsten KO'd blitzer Borman.

Finnaly Sheppard managed kick Nitting Niel forceing him to dropp the ball just by the endline, Sheppard took the ball and jumped out of the way. The Darke Elfs got their defence together.
Sheppard threw the ball to Haise who went throug the whole Diabolic's defence while Stafford and Grissom was protecting him.

Suddenly, the second death came out of nowhere, Eatable Eddie ripped off Lovell's leg while everybody was looking at when Cernan was badly hurt by Lost Leffe.

Haise only had two small things standing in the way for a TD now. RIGHT, he was tripped by Running Rune who catched the flying ball before it touched the ground.

Tragic Torsten punched Grissom in the face, causing her a SU, while Running Rune and the others made THE RUN.
There it was, Diabolic Dwarfs last chance in 1st half to make a TD and they took it.

Waiting for the end of the 1st half and Apollo Allstars managed to get 5 players on to the field.
KICKOFF!, Yeah right, it should have been called RIOTS and The 1st half had finnaly reached its end.

2nd half, Faces of War:

The Diabolics sure looked scared now, they knew that the last 6 standing Dark Elves had nothing to lose.
Diabolics ran for their lives through The Field of Death while the Elves keept hitting and hitting.
Haise did a remarkable blitz on Nitting Neil (ball carrier) while he was protected by two other dwarves, causing Nitting Neil to fall and drop the ball.
It took 5 turns before the Dwarves could hold down the Dark Elves so much that they could score a TD.

In the last kickoff the DarkElves nearly scored a TD by Sheppard, he had taken the ball and ran through the field and the Diabolics defence, unfortenately he dropped the ball, but keept running to the endfield.
The ball was picked up by Nitting Neil but he had he's as kicked by Borman, unfortenately the ball went in the wrong direction, so the Dark Elves wasn't able to score.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Le Boudin, Legion immortelle.

This match will be remembered, not just because of the deaths but probbably more for the Apollo Allstars showing the Diabolic Dwarves that they where incharge, even though there where two dwarves on every Dark Elf.
