“:D no deaths! Is this the start for this team? This was a tough match and I am glad coach Grit thought it would be easy as without tacklers the rotters must have looked easy prey espcially with the reduced numbers.
Luck did favour the Rotting Pies and really they did not deserve to score but they did get stuck in.

1st half i won the toss and chose to recieve to get an early score.
Things went well with decent blocking/position and a score after 2 turns with some nurgle off the pitch already.
Next kickoff i got pressure on the ball early and soon recovered it... then my problems began.
Overconfident, wanting to skill certain amazons up, and forgetting about the effect of foul appearance, i lost the ball, twice! trying to pass/handoff when i could of just run with it and scored. I ended up getting in a right mess and lost positional/blocking advantage of numbers and the half ended 1-0.
2nd half still outnumbering the nurgle side i expected to score. The beast was given the ball after touchback and Lemfs side started hitting their pows consistently and amazons left the field BH or ko'd.
With the nurgle strength advantage and my zons now without enough numbers to counter it it became a real scramble for control of tacklezones and the ball. I had to resort to GFI/dodge action and chainpushes to get a crack at the ball carrying beast but finally got a hit in on him, players from both sides left the field and it finished 5 v 4 with the zons doing just enough to deny the nurgle team a chance to score.
Close game, i nearly payed for my overconfidence/incompetence in the first half and lemf really gave me a bashing 2nd half.
