I spot Thorpe on gamefinder. I like playing thorpey. He's young, brash, and completely insane.... in a good way mind you.
He backs down... only to ask to raise the stakes.
I offered to let him name my next ELF team. Instead, he challenges me to a Pink Slip Match. I agreed.
For those unfamiliar with a Pink Slip match... a pink slip match is where the losing team has to retire a player per TD differential. Their usage is an evil trick in the past to destroy bashers. I only had two tacklers and hadn't seen his team.
Enter the Count!
Some slick moving by thorpey on offense put me in a tight place. The elves started to fall apart. It was quite messy. I had no compunction at all about getting both my DPs on the field tossed. Both my wights were racking up some skulls and everything was working until the bastard fireballs me!
AG 3 wight with ball...... stunned

AG 3 Ghoul down
He scoops up the ball and scores on Turn 8.
I fail a one turn TD attempt on an interception (yes... Undead can do one turn TDs)
Second half is me booting elves and getting away with it as the game closed 3-1.
Thorpe was a class opponent and I am confident that he is going to pay me back.
