Great game, sorry for the bad dice.

The game did not start out well for us, I think we gave up our plans when they completely set up to block our initial run. We did however manage to knock down Damage, I believe that Gila feels he has something to prove. Pssst went in to foul him but even with the aid of his fellows he just couldn't must the power to penetrate Damage's armour. We pulled back to try to stay away from the reach of their gutter runners but they proved more than able to keep up. Luckily too far for them to blitz, we managed to pull off an amazing pass play, after all, skinks are known for their passing abilities. Pssst went toe to toe with the Rat Ogre, amazingly enough he survived being pushed around long enough for Sssla to carry the ball to the endzone. I think he pissed off the Damage when he tried to foul him.

Sssla scores his second TD in as many games.

The came back with a quick run of their own, we managed to get to his runner once, but just couldn't challenge him enough to stop him scoring. A well earned typically fast and nigh unstoppable run by Rotten Dodge.

On the ensuing kick off we found ourselves fenced in, we tried to break a runner through but he just didn't have the room to break through so we tried to go in the opposite direction. We managed to open up some free space and Pssst escorted by Ssslather and Sssla walked into the endzone.

Ssslither continued to sleep in the second half despite our best efforts to wake him. Out since we scored our first TD.

Another race down the sidelines for them, this time they knocked out yet another of our players, hopefully Ssshard doesn't spend the remainder of the game KOed too. A sweet pass to Rotten Dodge and they were nearly in our endzone. Gila raced to Rotten Dodge and layed the smack down, but though he freed the ball, we just couldn't get to it. Sssla failed to dodge from one of their players, I think he was still too full of himself after his TD. Damage made a block that sent Gila to the ground which gave Rotten Dodge a chance to it, he easily did and did a superman impression as he jumped into the endzone.

On the ensuing kickoff it was a pound fest, a kick close to the line of scrimmage had us scrambling to make sure that the ball was secure before we could even contemplate trying to score. We safely secured the ball and were beginning our run to the endzone when Damage pushed and pushed Igulam into our cage nearly opening it up! Luckily the cage held, Gila obviously took offense at Damage knocking him down in their last score that he charged Damage sending him flying and he landed on his head with a bone jarring crunch. It made his entire team cringe, calls for an apothecary were made but he had already left the building. Demoralised by Damage's loss, the team fought hard but they had lost their back bone and fell to the wayside while Sssla ran in for his second of the day.

The day was looking pretty sour right from the get go, but it wasn't until this final drive that the heavens broke and the rain came down. I don't know about you, but the smell of blood and rain always gets the skinks going.

The did the same play up the sidelines, this time only Pssst could reach Rotten Dodge and reach him he did, an inadvertant tooth to the eye sent him off the pitch. Komodo not to be outdone sent Rob Bert off the pitch, with almost as loud a crack as Gila did with Damage. We then recovered the ball and were on our way to scoring our fourth. A botched gfi was our undoing allowing them a chance to get to Sssla, they quickly overpowered him and sent the ball loose, unfortunately, into the hands of one of their players who just sat on it. So ended the game. The prognosticator finally got it right!

Gila: Now we know who the real strong one.

Sssla: Oh yeah, take me out to the endzone, take me out and I'll score.
