Score was 0-1 and I was 7 players vs 11, one of them an unstoppable Beast of Nurgle. I was not worried about the ball carrier. At this point I was trying to run for my life. The Beast moved to trap multiple players and specifically targeted the low AV Witch Elf.
The message was clear to me. Win or lose I was going to get pounded until every player was in the injury box.
I could not run and had nowhere to hide. 4 players down and get the ref on my side I started throwing UNASSITED fouls on the beast in hopes of surviving the game with a couple of players. Unassisted because I was surrounded by so many beastmen pushing be towards the beast I could not even get an assist.
I never fouled any player but the beast. (I never had enough players to knock anyone down anyway) If he would have allowed me to run away I would not have fouled him either.
Score 0-2, with 3 turns left to the game I run back to throw a few passes and maybe get a couple SPP out of this bloodbath. The beast still keeps coming. Yeah, when the D**n thing was on the ground I fouled it. I would have ground it up and fed it to its children if I could.”
