Communications had failed, the suprise attack by the Lustrian forces had taken the brave crew/team of the BB 'HIC' quite by suprise. Thull Ahead and my executive officer, Willie Riker were injured as a result of the initial attack. An unlikley Interception by a Saurus, putting them 1-0 up bolstered our resolve and I can say with pride that my crew/team responded with the professionalism I have come to expect.
We counter attacked, managing to damage their ball carrying capability (skink termination - 4BH + 1D) as well as removing one of their main weapons (saurus got a good kicking - SI) forcing their withdrawl and subsequent complaint to federation headquarters regarding a possible breach in the fair treatment of prone personell.

Once again the LUSTRIAN NATION made the mistake of underestimating the HUMANS, but our spirit in the face of superior strength coupled with our superior intellect made at least a draw the only LOGICAL outcome.
