“My own fault i didn't win this match... made some pointless blocks whilst stood on the goal line in the last turn and guess what? Double Skulls. Rerolled. Next block... Double Skulls! :)
Was a good game though, with the Killers scoring early on (T2), giving me plenty of time to both make my leisurely way down the field with the ball in the hands of a Bull, and beat the killers up a bit, scoreing the equaliser on T8.
Second half was more of the same, with the exeption that the hobgob with the ball stalled till T8, and then the pointless blocks occured...

Despite some snowy conditions It was off to a blinding start for the KK's with Bananaman running in a 2 turn TD to give them the lead, and that's when it all started to go wrong really.
Roobarb got himself sent off for stamping on CC's st6 mino (which he didn't even scratch despite a meaty gang foul) and once again the Killers av8 was like tinfoil to the CC's. As Coach Chewie rubbed his hands with glee the KK's were soundly beaten all over the pitch for the remaining 6 turns of the half for the chaos dwarves to run in the equaliser in turn 8.
The frigid blizzard conditions proved more of a hinderance to the humans than the chaos dwarves in the second half with the humans caught flat footed and out of position, and once again given a massive beating by the Cohorts.
After being totally dominated for the second half nuffle decided to give the valiant superheroes a reprive and the helping hand of consecutive double skulls for the Cohorts saw the winning TD remain frustratingly out of reach.
After a quick thankyou prayer to Nuffle, Coach Nosebiter roundly cursed the Killers for their incompetance and was happy to take the 2 points for the draw leaving the KK's in second place for now and still within striking distance of promotion at the end of the season.
A lucky escape indeed, the CC's deserved the win, but the KK's happily settled for the draw.”
