“128000 came to see the game between Sweetorcs (SO) and Atrapados en el Tiempo (AeeT).

Handicaps were Bad Press, Extra Training and Iron Man (given to Polly). No players niggled out.

Coach rcdORC failed to see my thrower had +st in the first turn which caused him to face a one-dice block. However, with rr he managed to badly hurt him :(. We KOd one of his BOBs in the following turn but after he got rid of two BOB it seemed rather difficult to stop AeeT, even if Polly made a brave attempt at blitzing their ball-carrier. When I got a blitzer SId in the fourth the half was pretty much over. By turn five there were 5 Sweetorcs left, three that could stand up.

Was lucky to get my players back for second half and advanced really slowly until I forgot orcs too can have leap. La Marmota jumped like an elf and made us drop the ball. One of my BOBs caught it (!) but was soon blocked down. Then, a combination of good defense and bad offense stoped us from making the tie.

Fun game, well, not the first half but the second. Coach rcdORC deserved the win, but I am already planing for the rematch where I will try to do less mistakes. La Marmota wont be able to leap as easily as this time. Thanks for the game and thanks for being patient with my stupid disconnections.
