“Game 18

The game started up with plenty of Stars in attendance, and a massive crowd present to watch the titanic clash about to take place. Ripper Bolgrot was playing for Schola, and Grashnak Blackhoof was playing for the Zen Adepts.

The Zen Adpets kicked off and promptly put the ball in a cage. The Adepts tried to do some bashing, but were unable to inflict anything permanent. The cage switched sides a couple of time before the Adepts broke through the line and attempted to score. An unfortunate ball handling mishap on a short pass to score, and Schola dived into action, putting several TZ on the ball and TZ on everybody able to get anywhere near the ball. A blitz on a hobbo standing beside the ball by Schola's mino ended up with a confused mino with a ball in his hands. What followed can only be described as comical, as both sides fought to do something with the ball. Attackers kept hurting themselves, ball pickups failed, pretty much nothing went right for either team. That bought half time with a 0-0 score line.

Schola received, protected the ball, and promptly fouled the Adepts troll Disciple Shariputra into the KO bin. A fouling war ensued, with Schola's minotaur being apoth'd from badly hurt, and Grashnak being RIP'd. A failed block by the Adpets left an opening for Schola to cruise through to a 1-0 victory.

2 failed dice rolls for the Zen Adepts changed the course of the game, a failed pass in the first half, and a failed block in the second half.
