“The teams line up for the first game in the Goblin tournament, not sure what to expect, but prepared for mayhem, which is exactly what they got.
The early blocks were more of a little shoving competition, as goblins nudged each other slightly, neither gaining much of an advantage. Emphasy's Pogoer had the ball safely in the hands waiting for the right opening.
Then the chainsaws started, the sound of which was enough to kick both teams into actionthe blocks started flying and, the kickers started to find rib cages.
Then Emphasy unleased his ( suicide) bombers. I presume he hired them from a Middle Eastern Goblin community, as they seemed quite happy to bomb everyone and anyone, including themselves, the result being half of both teams on the deck, whereapon Belnik (a Goblin Duke had sneaked in, that knew what a ball was) found his way down the field to score.
The second half saw a shadow of the two teams take to the field, neither paying too much interest in the ball, albeit one did try to pick it up, but after several attempts, decided to join in the fouling instead.
A fun game, with plenty of mayhem, star of the match had to be Emph's Fanatic, who happily flew round the field sending players flying in all directions, quite unaware of the rest of the chaos.
Good luck in the tourney Emphasy, with all this mayhem, it's lining up to be a classic!”
