“One short match. Some dodgy blocking at the start of the drive by the 'gang's The Larch let the skaven slip several players through the line... only to have one of their gutter runners trip and nearly die - only their medic saved him.
Driven to fury, Falco Bracegirdle replied by blitzing and injuring a Stormvermin. The 'gang used their streetwise play style to foul a gutter runner - and sent him straight bad to the medic. While this was happening, the other trees of the team creaked into motion - and injured another 2 skaven.
Seeing that 4 of his 11 players were wounded, and 1 was k/o, the skaven coach through in the towel before the trees could get a second bite...
2 turns, 5 injuries to the Skaven (4 of them on the second turn):
1 death while GFI (apoth'd)
3 hurt from blocking,
1 hurt from foul
My luckiest match ever. Barret was a sport - those injury rolls were awful.”
