#2 Thozt'r Moonshadow – Smashed Collar Bone (-ST)
The Pharaoh's Legions showed that Khemri can be creative. Before kicking off, Raneb tied the ball with fine strands of the lightest silk from the steel worm of the desert. Upon kickoff, Urizz't Zu'tagnet set up a cage deep in the Legion's backfield. When Ta'naz'da Groz'din was ready to throw the ball into the cage, Raneb tugged the rope and pulled the ball out of Ta'naz'da's hands and to himself. The Dark Elves responded by knocking Raneb down, but he got up and pulled the ball in again, only to be flattened again. Pulling the rope in again, Raneb retreated to a line of mummies, only to be knocked down a third time. He got up again and pulled the ball in a fourth time, only to be knocked down a fourth time. This time Udotiln Kez'til was the first to grab the ball, only to be pulled back by the rope and smashed in the head. The Dark Elves finally got a glimpse of the fine steel rope around the ball.

As the mummy Narmer came blitzing in, Olokul grabbed the rope taught and tripped the big guy. His razor sharp armor and excessive weight was enough to sever the rope. Olokul, with the ball free of it's influance, ran in the first score.

The second half, with a ropeless ball, was academic for the Dark Elves as their defense swarmed the Khemri, scoring two defensive TDs. Without his rope (where Raneb could pull the ball in while surrounded by scores of opponents) he showed that he could not make the open field grab without the rope.

In the injury news:

Thozt'r, in an amazing show of tenacity, took on Pharaoh Ramesses numerous times at the LOS. Eventually the giant mummy got his mallet hands on Thozt'r in attempt to bash Thozt'r's head in. Ramesses missed and hit Thozt'r on the shoulder, driving into Thozt'r's ribcage and nearly taking off his entire arm. Thozt'r's hunched and twisted body, crooked leg, and chaotic gait are the envy of the team. He is a real up and comming star in the Underdark!

Pharaoh Ankhor was disassembled in on the first drive, parts of him are missing and it may take awhile to figure out where all the bits go.
