The St Louis Hams win again.

2-1 over the NWL Black Fire Pass Blitzers (Steelthunder)

The game started off well for the NWL BFPB, going up 1-0 and keeping control of the ball for the rest of the half.

Then things started going wrong.

The connection was lost, several reloads with no sync brought the game to a grinding halt.

A few days later, the game is resumed and it appears that the connection is good.

The Hams kickoff, but due to misplaced players, they are able to quickly take control of the ball and score within a few turns.

Another kickoff and unfortunate first turn for the NWL BFPBers give the Hams the ball again toward the end of the 2nd half. The Pass Blitzers manage to take the ball away once, but in an attempt to pass out of the pile, the ball is intercepted by ST5 BOB Anthony Shallow-Grave, who then managed to get close enough to the endzone for a teammate to push him in for the win.

Troll Andy McKill'em gets 2 CAS (on the same Troll Slayer) and the MVP to net 9 SPPs for the game, which in turn he traded in for the coveted BLOCK skill!

In other sad news, BOB DeJuan Gross became jealous in the locker room because he was not able to score the winning touchdown, and even though he netted a CAS and a skill, he threw such a temper tantrum that he managed to niggle himself.

Upset by this behavior, Coach Prophane promptly dropped DeJuan from the team, quickly replacing him with a new BOB, #26 Tye Kill.
