What a big game, first match of the season 20, and the Collision were pumped up. Facing an understrength Lizard team it was always going to be bloody and thanks to some wonderful team assisted fouling, Dirk Condor just about single footedly stole the game.

It began with a nasty foul that left the Kroxigor bleeding and in pain in the SI box, he won't be back next week. This was followed by a sensational Blitz on the talented Pssqghuiay by Ed OnCrash, which also saw him carried from the field to take a spot next to his bigger cousin in the CAS box.

The lizards then went on the offensive and Xies-ler-aym managed to sneak through the rambling undead lines and pick up the ball. Unfortunately he was all alone, and the undead shambled back to surround him, and a well placed block by Crash Test left yet another lizard in the CAS box and the lizard healers wondering where they were going to put them all.

This left the lizards with only 4 fit players. The four Saurii that began the game, they were unable to stop the Collision from scoring and they could not hold onto the ball. Two TD's in the first half.

The second half was a cake walk for the Undead, but valiantly the lizards held on, none others were left in the CAS, though Srrd did leave the field KO'd but made it back to play out.

Two more for the Collision, and only thanks to some attrocious blocking by both Mummies late in the game did it not blow out to five.

Best for the Undead
Dirk Condor 3 votes (fouling strategically, violently, and most importantly when the ref was looking another way.)
Crash Test Dummy 2 Votes (2 TD's, 36 yards and a CAS, great game!)
Fat Al 1 Vote (A TD and a comp, which is so very rare in this team!)

Best for the Lizards
Undoubtedly the one and only real vote winner
Rthsy 3 votes (he saw out the whole game and managed 3 CAS while doing it)
Srrd 2 votes (he was there at the end)
Kzhsh (he was also there at the end)

#1 Ksllsh – Broken Neck (-AG)
Addendum: Rthsy aged a niggle 3rd skill after the game.

3 votes: #10 Crash Test Dummy. That fumble early on was just a trick to lure in xies and put the game beyond doubt, I'm sure of it. Two touchdowns didn't hurt either.

2 votes: #8 Ed OnCrash. Got in quite a bit of blocking and his turn 1 cas on Pssqghuiay meant we couldn't even foul back (had we wanted to)

1 vote: #1 Semi Trailer. Could have been anyone but I figured the mummy deserved a vote to make up for no hurting from all that hitting.
