“The Woodies Double Double were a little concerned coming into this game as they had never before faced a Khermi team.

Things started brightly when the number of opposition mummies dropped from 4 to 3 with Ahiel "Lord of Suffering" not getting his pre-game wrapping done on time.

The WDDs did their best to stay out of the way of the big boys and this tactic almost worked flawlessly. Mr Murray was once again pullling the strings from the back as Van B was enjoying a little bit of time out of the lime light. The 2 Elven catchers also ran in a TD each.

Surprisingly the only damage sustained from the match was by Benny G who not being as nimble as he fellow woodsmen was left fairly isolated. Surrounded by undead Benny G's big frame managed to protect from certain death but he has taken some damage that may weaken him in future matches.

The R.F.T.D mananged to score a late TD as the Men of Wood defence played the safe option of avoiding the oncoming cage.

3pts: Ikewun - While not as strong as the mummies this Blitz-Ra showed that mobility more then makes up for a little put of extra punch. Was the only player that managed to hunt down the dodging Woodies succsesfully.

2pts: Muugogh - Was the only undead player who really looked comfortable with the ball. Really needed a bit more support though

1pt: Nohyegeel - 1 of a trio of agile skeletons. Managed to get on the score sheet.
