“Stunty Rookie Rumble XII - round 1

The SSR started in the best possible way with 2 goblin cheater teams facing off in the first round...it doesn't get better than this in Blood Bowl :)

Shrap recieved the kickoff, which is a big advantage for cheaters, but the Cheating Gits III had forgot the fuel for their saw's and lost valuable time sending a goblin runner onto the pitch to help the ripper's out.

The first half was the expected mayhem, with bombs going off to the left and right (often in the hands of the throwers), but despite a lot of sawing and fouling there were surprisingly few casualties. The Skoundrelz held their ground and the half ended scoreless, with both teams having plenty of gobbos in the KO boxes.

The ref was harsh, especially on Shrap's boys, and the 2nd half started with only 3 Cheating Gits III players vs 5 Skoundrelz. The Gits had managed to sneak a bomber past the ref, while the Skoundrelz still had a ripper and a pogo stick. They also brought up their reserve hidden weapon in the form of the crazed fanatic Dunga da Dizzy. He started with maximum mayhem, knocking all 3 opponents down in the first round.

The 2nd half became a rather one sided affair, with the brave Gits throwing themselves at the ball carrier to prevent a loss, but getting outmaneuvered and decimated by the numerical advantage of the Skoundrelz. In the end the Skoundrelz cleared the pitch and Brik da Bouncy could calmly walk in the winning TD.

A stunningly unlucky KO recovery prevented Shrap from fielding any men for the obligatory turn 16 foul which leaves the Skoundrelz with plenty o' cash and only a regular goblin missing for the next round.
