Our orcs, a bit let down by the fact that Polly, our biggest star, was stoped by It wasn't me, blitz to put some pressure on the dwarfs. This proves to be a mistake as the dwarfs roll a bunch of pows (including a double pow on two against) and make a hole in our defense. We on the other hand roll two double skulls in the following turn, allowing Dunkel to run far away. Luck changes then, a nice chanin-push, dodge, two gfi's let Manjar badly hurt Dunkel! So lucky. A blocking war begins were coach CanvasBack makes better use of his guards. We are lucky to mng Murph (but apo saves him), gutsy play by CanvasBack which is rewarded with a couple of stunns on us and another succesful twoagainst which allows dwarf Jasper to get the ball. Luck changes again as we get the ball loose and protect it. 0-0 at halftime, quite a fair result.
Weather switches to nice in time for the 2nd half. Bad start for us, only getting one player down. Mostly our own fault though, taking unnecessary onediceblocks. Yet again a blocking war begins were I am the lucky one: getting rid of two players in the third turn allows us to concentrate our forces and break through. We score t6 leaving 3 turns for the dwarfs to tie it. Starts ugly with a rock that kills their Lars Magnerson, then stand firm on our Icecream stops them from breaking through. CanvasBack does a great play, but has some bad luck and it fails. Too bad, since a tie would have been fair.

Good game. CanvasBack played very well, especially considering the difference in strenght, well played indeed. A tie would have been a fair result, but at least Squat Rangers got some cash.
