Royal Bloodlines 2 - 1 Guard The Skink

An unbelievable match. Consistently bad luck all first half, as Popcorn easily scored, BH my AG5 MB SF Vamp and used up my Apothecary on a RIP. With only 1 rr and bad luck I had no chance to score even though Pop didn't stall at all.

2nd half saw the Vamps receiving and the tides of fortune rapidly swelled for us - after a nice kick all the way to the TD line my SH thrall picked it up and then my DP fouled a Saurus for -ST, using up Pop's Apothecary. After that the slaughter began, and skinks fell left and right until there were none left on the pitch and only 1 left in the KO box (the AG4 that didn't get up ALL game). I even managed to BH another saurus, but the real damage was an RIP +ma DP skink, a niggled skink, and another missing next game.

After scoring on T8 miraculously thanks to a dodge, Gaze, 4+ pickup with Sure Hands, dodge, and GFI, my first ever OT began. With no more skinks and only 6 players, a triple both down gave the effect of a free Blitz and another Thrall ran in a TD on T3. After that I almost scored again, but instead was ineffctually bashed for the rest of the game. Thanks for the match Popcorn - as we both know I simply outlucked you that 2nd half or you would have easily won I'm afraid.”
