“NWL Season iiiiii Vet Division

AAA came into this game with a big chip on their shoulders. Coming off their first loss of the season in a game where their luck was almost doubled by jkarr, the Armada was determined to prove they belong at the top of the Vet division. Additionally, pre-game, in a painful decision central command decided to release AAA s all-time leading scorer, Sgt Elias due to an ongoing nagging injury.

The team decided to dedicate the game to Elias and came bursting out of the gates. Early Blitz and Perfect Defense results led to very agressive defensive play and a couple quick defensive TDs.

Things only got worse for Meech as his ball handling dice were suspect all game and the Armada spent the whole game in the Human's backfield scooping up loose balls and darting in for quick scores. A late RIP to one of the News Team s blitzers was just insult to injury. Before I knew what was up the lead was extended to 5-0 and the elves went into damage control mode for the last couple of turns.
