“From the very beginning of the match, it looked like I was screwed. The Aggressors began with a BH on their first block, followed with a KO on their second. Other elves followed. When the humans finally scored on turn 8, I was down to 6 men on the pitch. Luckily, all KOed players came back during half time, so I had 9 again.

Then, the second half began with a 5 turn riot - not a bad thing for my beaten elves. I scored on turn 7 after the Aggressors had stunned star catcher Lamion, but left blitzer Thalion enough room to run into the end zone and receive Altaron's pass. Now, two turns might have been enough for the humans to score again, but it had started to rain, and on a handoff attempt their catcher dropped the wet ball, causing a turnover with the end zone far out of reach.

Ok, it doesn't really improve my position in the league, but I can be content with the tie. The worse thing is that my brightest star, dragon warrior Thalion, received a niggling injury from aging :(”
