“After the crippling loss against Magma Pool Spawns, where the black orc blocker Blok was lost the Gitz needed a morale boosting victory. It came in the following match against the Five Rings. The greenskins fought hard from the start and disposed of the opponents in a steady pace. Ebenezer's men didn't have a good day with the regen rolls today...

It was an exciting and even match where lots of weird things happened, like the ball scattering into the hands of the troll Gharr da Howla who would likely have scored if the warewolf Kakita hadn't managed a -2 dice block on him. The 2nd half also saw a zombie succesfully picking up the ball, but he was quickly mowed down by an orc blitzer.

Both teams fought ferociously for the ball in the finishing turns, but the Gitz managed to prevent the necros from achieving a tie. The victory strengthened the moral of the lads and the money is enough to purchase a new black orc blocker. The Gitz now have an impressive defensive line with the troll, 4 bob's and the ST 4 lineman Snort.
