Another spectacular non loss game for the Mecca, although in tournament terms the Mecca lost as they caused more injuries than received. This was a nice bloody game with the ball changing hands quite a bit. It was great to have the Mecca winning for awhile being 2-1 ahead until the last turn. Dispite the rcorded casualties the Mecca still had less players on pitch than the maws what with players eject for secret weapons and the like. Sad to see Ulysses 31 go, he has been with the Mecca since the Bennistein dynasty.
Best moment of the match was when Worthless caught an interception, now the Mecca have a interception contender. Again the Apothecary had to be used on worthless to save him from death. Worthless also made a sucessful completion and a touchdown so for this treble achievement I award;

It was a bloody match for The Maw, unfortunately it was the gnoblar who fed the maw!!!
Madish scored the first touchdown in the opening half, only after 3 turns. The Mecca wouldn't let this intimate them so they prepared there offense to retaliate. Sharpshooter fired the ball away from his blunderbuss, but it fell short, in the middle of the action. The gnoblars tried to take opportunity from this mistake but they failed to pick up the ball. At the very last moment of the first half the mecca scored,
At half time it was a brand new game both team with 1 point each. And the sun was shining very much up high.
The Mecca received the ball, they tried to make a run from the middle but didn't succeed, The Maw manage to get a hold on the ball, Mishuk had 2 players wide open, threw the ball....

INTERCEPTION !!!
Worthless managed to catch the ball in mid air and made a run for it. With that score the Mecca took the lead. With their lead the Mecca felt more confident than ever, especially since the crowd had help them in mutilating a poor gnoblar who was too close to the sidelines.
With lots of determination and a bit of luck, Kurad made a last minute touchdown to tied the game.
What a match!
