“A great match, even if it was also a source of much frustration. Initially it was very exciting, due to the unexpected events that kept happening through the match, but in the end it was lost due to poor ball handling by the humans, the kickoff events that mostly benifitted Lomion and the elves inability to fail any of their moves. An elf team with luck is a very hard thing to stop with an unbashy team :)

The match started with a crowd invasion, stunning 6 of my LOS players and completly destroying my defense. The screwed up defenses would be a reoccuring themse. I might have broken the world record in failing to pick the ball up with AG 4 guys or safe hand throwers, which often led to the ball scattering and me not being able to cage my would be ball carrier.

I was not without luck by any means. I got a blitz (sadly the catcher didn't live up to his name when the ball bounced off him), I scored an interception and initially I bashed pretty well. For me it was high and lows, not much medium. The elves on the other hand kind of always got what they needed. Like when I said that I thought about fouling in the 2nd half since Lomion had used his apo. Then he got the ref on the following kickoff roll, cancelling those plans :)
In retrospect I'm glad that I didn't resort to fouling though, because it tends to make the matches less pleasant.

The most important thing is that I got enough money to buy a new ogre. And I did stack up well on SPP's even if the team was thrashed score wise.
