“A vicious matchup of strength vs. speed. The start of the game saw Piku kicking deep to their snotling rivals, and sending the eagle warriors down the wide zones. The Snots trolls and pump wagon were making a good hole in the Piku defense, but unfortunatly some clumsy footwork stopped the Snots from moving the ball upfield, allowing eagle warrior Upi to steal away with the ball and score early on turn 3.

The snots tried to retaliate with a quick thrown snotling, but unfortunatly the little bugger couldn't land on his feet, and Piku eagle warrior Xix was able to scoop the ball out of his own endzone. Xix made a wide run down the sideline, but even as he broke away for the score the Piku casualties were mounting. This culminated very early in the second half when Kroxigor Mitok was taken out of the game for the rest of the second half with an ankle sprain.

Even in the last minutes of the game Piku was determined to play the ball. Down to just 6 players from injuries, eagle warrior Xix made a bold move and scooped up the ball from between the legs of a troll, handing it off to pygmy Kep who made a suprise passing play to eagle warrior Upi, who was able to escape deep into Snots territory. Piku spent the rest of the game backing themselves into a corner and scoring at the last second to avoid further casualties.

Man of the match: Captikila - For injuring Mitok at the beginning of the second half and causing a drastic drop in performance from Piku as a result.”
