That was a real result, although I hadn't used my apoth (on a BH?) so he was ready for the major casualties. And there are normally casualties when facing dwarves.

The game started with the inevitable drive from the short guys, and they ground out a TD. thankfully when I recieved the kick off the superior speed of my boys proved to be too much for them. I was suprised at how quickly David scored in the 1st half, allowing me to equalise quickly in the 1st half, then recieve the ball at the beginning of the 2nd half. It was then a case of delaying the dwarves to try to prevent their drive, and hope they slipped up. They did, and thanks to my in form thrower, I was able to steal the ball, make a long pass to a lineman and run away for the 3rd TD.

A pleasant game (rare for me!) played in good spirits. I look forward to the rematch!”
