“A harsh game for Ele, who started with only ten players due to failed niggle rolls. The elves started strongly, making a cas on turn one and scoring easily on turn three. However, when Words fans got the ref in the next drive, and proceeded to foul five times with three scored cas (two RIPs and a BH) there wasn't much the elves could do.

Starting the second drive with only seven players and apot gone, the Bitter Elves couldn't hope to stop Words scoring 2-1 in turn three. In the next drive a desperate gambit didn't pay off as Words retook the ball and score 3-1. The elves had a very close shot of making 3-2, but a failed 2+ dodge prevented that from happening.

Thanks for the game Ele, I hope to have a rematch sometime. And cred for not turning the game ugly, even though I can understand any frustration or irritation after the first half.
