“Well things got of to a good start for the oilers when a few players from the opposition decided that the Oilers weren't worthy of their time and effort.

However Dan the Man's bodgy shoulder played up and Coach Azzurruk decided to let him sit on the bench for the game.

In the 3rd Turn after much jostling in the center field Eddie Eaglefoot lived up to his name crushing a near by goblin to the side, dodging away from a nearby Ogre in the process. Dodging past the goblins desperate lunge to cross into the inzone.

In Turn 5 the goblin White Widow had the ball, the Ogre known as Trainwreck plucking the little blighter as he ran past. Sending White Widow sailing through the air to come down in a smeared pulp 50 yards ( 5 squares ) down the pitch.

In turn 6 Tadger the Tank was brutally Mauled by an Ogre, resulting in a fractured arm, forcing him to miss the next game.

In the second half there were many mishaps in dealing with the ball on the Ogre side of the field. Eventually ( turn 5 )the Oilers capitalized, getting the ball to handy Harris who charged across the line for the Oilers second score.

A win at last for the Luckless coach, but hopefully a sign of things to come.
