The Lads won the toss and received first and immediately set about the Assassins who where soon reduced in their numbers which lead to an easy score for the norse guys.
It took some heroics from star catcher Peter to bring the Assassins back into the game and from the resulting kick-off it was only the whistle that prevented them going in at half time down by another score.
Things went from bad to worse in the second half as Will missed a throw and from the resulting turnover the lager boyz romped in for another TD. With time running out the Assassins tried desperate tactics but a fumble from lineman Mickey sealed their fate.”
